Good writing requires translating complex issues into clear explanations that your audience can grasp. I developed Legal Writing LAB to guide legal and other professionals to excel at writing clear, persuasive documents.
As a law clerk, a deputy district attorney, and a litigator, I wrote and edited appellate and trial briefs, countless memoranda of points and authority, law review articles, and many other types of writing. I have even served as a judge on national legal writing competitions. I know legal writing.
For 20 years, I have shared my knowledge and experience with students as a Professor of Legal Writing, Fulbright Scholar, and DAAD Fellow in the US, Czech Republic, Germany, and Turkey. The same principles that apply to legal writing apply to other types of writing. Therefore I can assist in corporate writing, technical writing, law school applications, and more.
Let's work together.
